3. User Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (address, electricity usage, etc.)
• Allow site inspection for solar feasibility
• Ensure access to installation location and necessary permissions
• Comply with applicable local electricity board regulations

Any incorrect or misleading information may result in service delays or cancellation.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All pricing is indicative and subject to site inspection and system design
• Final quotation will be shared after technical assessment
• Payments may be structured in milestones (advance, installation, commissioning)
• Government subsidies, if applicable, are subject to approval by authorities

Volta Solar follows transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

5. Installation & Execution

• Installation timelines depend on site readiness, approvals, and material availability
• Any delays due to weather, government approvals, or client-side issues are not the responsibility of Volta Solar
• The client must ensure structural safety of the installation site

6. Warranty & Maintenance

• Solar panels typically carry manufacturer warranties (up to 25 years performance warranty)
• Inverters and other components have separate warranties as per manufacturer terms
• AMC services (if opted) will be governed by a separate agreement

Volta Solar is not liable for manufacturer defects beyond warranty coverage.

7. Government Approvals & Subsidies

Subsidy and net-metering applications are processed through authorities such as:

• NEDA (New and Renewable Energy Development Agency)
• UPPCL (Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited)

• Approval timelines depend on government processes and are beyond our control
• Volta Solar acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for delays or rejection of subsidies

8. Limitation of Liability

Volta Solar shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by third parties (government bodies, vendors, etc.)
• Loss of savings due to changes in electricity policies
• Damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.

9. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree:
